I do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. All sales final.
I am dropshiper, dont own the products. Drop shipping is a supply chain management technique in which the retailer does not keep goods in stock but instead transfers customer orders and shipment details to either the manufacturer or a wholesaler, who then ships the goods directly to the customer.
My commitment is to order product within 3 business days after receiving the order.
Please allow 3-7 business days including handling and shipping time depending on the method of shipment of next day air to ground.
Some orders require additional verification and this may take more than 1 - 2 business days to ship the order.
The transit time from China to most locations in Europe and the united states is roughly 15 – 35 days. However, keep in mind that it can take a few days – sometimes up to a whole week – before your cargo is loaded in the port of loading in China.
Please be patient.
Most orders take between 1-3 days to complete the verification, packing and dispatch processes.
The same thing is true in the Port of Destination, it usually takes 2 – 3 days before your cargo is cleared and ready for pick up.
Please pay attention to that they do not process your orders on weekend or holidays.
Therefore, please allow another 1-2 business days to process your weekend orders.

If a product is accidentally not in stock i will send you a similar product or any product from a store that has the same value.
If you do not like a product, unfortunately I can not help you, sometimes the picture is more beautiful than the item in live, read the description of the product and consider carefully before purchasing.
Refund only possible if it is not possible to send ordered and paid item in your country -

Orders shipped are stated at the lowest value possible to reduce customs duty value. However, customs duty is out of our control, you are responsible for both finding out information on the duty and paying if a duty is required.
